Oasis Events is the exclusive management company and caterer for two ofdowntown Indianapolis’ brightest special event venues: The Terrace at MarketTower and Murat Shrine Temple, each with its own restaurant andbanquet/catering components.

Oasis is known for its imaginative catering. Its chefs have worked at some of thebest restaurants in town and menus are extensive and presentation unique.

Oasis has the hosted version of Rendezvous, which means no installation or ITcosts at all.

The Terrace at Market Tower:A restaurant by day and an exceptional, private venue and caterer for weddingreceptions, rehearsal dinners or corporate events by night, this venue offersspectacular views of downtown Indianapolis. The Terrace has a capacity of 200people.

Murat Shrine Temple:With a majestic location in downtown Indy’s MassachusettsAvenue cultural district, the Murat serves two core audiences; thegeneral public and the many clubs within the Shriner group.

With a restaurant and three distinct ballroom settings, this venue isideal for weddings, rehearsal dinners and corporate events.

The client’s viewPatti Stowers, Owner/Operator, Oasis Events, is very happy withRendezvous. “Rendezvous has made a huge difference to ouroperations and we enjoy using the system. It suits our needsperfectly as we use Rendezvous to handle inquiries to insurethat none are overlooked.”

She also likes the calendaring capabilities and the concise viewprovided of upcoming events. “We can input feedback andjournaling notes for each event and client.”

The CCReg in Rendezvous is another plus. This lets staff attachdocuments and graphical layouts for clients. In regard tocontracts, Patti likes the way Rendezvous allows her team to useconfirmations within the system and set her own terms andconditions.

Going forward beyond The Terrace and Murat, Oasis is lookinginto a third venue offering similar facilities. With Patti singing thepraises of Rendezvous, it looks likely that this system will play acentral role in the new operation.
