About the ClientThe client is a US based global market leader in infrastructure technology products including operating systems, browsers, software, cloud-based products, consumer electronics, and personal computers and service.

They needed help in the migration of large volumes of mailboxes of end clients across different industries to this cloud-based platform. With archive sizes of up to 30 GB, the primary challenges included managing an unpredictable workflow and scheduling mailbox replication and migration. The client also needed to manage complex tools and technologies, and ensure continuous monitoring and regular end-customer updates.
