We work with your leadership team to develop a coherent, robust strategic framework (explicit vision, mission, goals and core capabili)es) for the business plus a clear, purposeful mission statement (for the leadership team and the organisa)on).
At this stage, the team will also benchmark itself against the six characteris)cs of a high performing team and iden)fy behaviours to change in order to become a more collabora)ve team.
The outcome is a set of strategic ini)a)ves and short-‐term impera)ves, as well as broad roles, responsibili)es and leadership style for the team.

Us ing es tab l i shed quan)ta)ve and qua l i ta)ve methodologies (including Bradley Smart’s ‘Top Grading’ process), we assess the leadership capabili)es of the top team, individually and collec)vely. We iden)fy the talent of each team member and agree together how best to deploy this in the context of the strategic framework. One of the outputs will be a personal development plan for each team member.
This process also enables the leadership team members to agree how they will consistently operate in terms of decision-‐ making, mee)ng, communica)ng and managing

BUILD AN ALIGNED LEADERSHIP TEAM

The unique 6S Performance Coaching model is a structured process that helps an individual achieve quan)fiable improvements in performance to agreed objec)ves.
Before the programme starts, coaching objec)ves are set with the person who will be coached and the budget holder of the programme. It is vital that the individual’s and the organisa)on’s goals are iden)fied, understood, agreed and integrated from the outset.
A schedule of 1:1 coaching sessions is agreed with one of our highly skilled consultants. Each session is followed by a wriden report detailing progress as a quan)fiable means of measuring the results of the coaching.
On-‐going quality assurance is undertakento ensure clients are deriving the op)mum benefits of coaching. Clients are contacted independently of their coach ajer the first session, directly
ajer the coaching concludes and three months ajer to ensure that the coaching is delivering the results they want and goals are adained.
