Leadership through the Power of Inuence
The world is experiencing and encountering immense cultural, social, political, and organizational transformation which
creates challenges as well as opportunities for organizations. This has created future needs to review, re-anchor, and
recalibrate with the present realities for which leadership has become inevitable for any system to begin to respond
adequately.
Leadership in organizations requires an overall understanding of the fast-paced changes of both the external and internal

ManagementStudiesandPGDiplomainBusinessAdministration.
Mr. Keswani has a corporate experience of more than 28 years, having worked in the marketing
divisions of large companies like CMC Ltd, Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd. and The Times of India.
For the last 20 years, he has been actively involved in conducting Training and Development
Programs / Workshops in Management & Communication in lead Companies and is a visiting
facultytoanumberofpremierB-Schools/EngineeringInstitutesinIndia.
Mr. Suneel Keswani had Trained over 15,000 delegates and students and was awarded the best Faculty of General
Management & Communication Skills Sessions (GMCS) New Delhi for the year 2004, 2005 & 2006 of The Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and also Recognized as one of the best Faculty of Management Skills Orientation
Program (MSOP) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Marketing and Communications. Her acumen for writing has made her win literary awards at school
and college level and many accolades in her professional journey.
Ms. Mansi Arora Madan has been in academics for the last three years and has presented
11 research papers in National and International Journals. She has also conducted several
Management Development Programs for middle level corporate executives.
She is associated with JIMS as an Assistant Professor and also the editor for JIMS publications.
