1) You can only partner-up with one (1) personal or personal’s personal. Your business partner doesn’t necessarily need to attend the Leadership Summit.
2) You will need to register both you and your business partner’s names, Melaleuca ID and registered mobile phone number at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/melaregister no later than 27 October 2019.
3) You and your business partner will need to report your daily activities on the number of new names added to your contact list, number of calls made and number of appointments set on every Monday to Friday from 1 November to 31 December 2019.

Participation Rules:
4) After you have completed your registration online, we will send you a link with a password to your registered mobile phone between 29 – 31 October 2019. You will need to use the link and password to report your daily activities.
5) Once you have accessed the reporting system, you need to key in your full name and Melaleuca ID number or your registered mobile phone number. Following that, you need to answer 3 questions:• How many new names added? • How many calls made? • How many appointments set?
6) Please note that each of you need to report your individual activities each day because failure to do so will disqualify the both of you from earning the additional RM1,000.
