TEAM LEADERSHIP
Respect is key Communication– don't let others feel left out Get to know your team & what motivates them“A great leader can understand the unconscious motives of
the followers better than the followers understand them themselves”.
Burns (1978)
Recognise contributions and celebrate peoples success – this will motivate them and show your support as a leader
Leadership is about engagement: Help your committee believe in themselves Care about them Develop and inspire them
TEAM LEADERSHIP
People will forget what you say and forget what you do but they will never forget
how you made them feel.
A good leader makes their team FEEL something.
