Q: Why does the leadership role pervade all management behavior?

Answer:

A leader pervade all managerial behaviors there are many managerial roles

some of them are given blow.

Figure head

Liaison

Monitor

Disseminator

Spoke person

Entrepreneur

Disturbance handler

Resource allocator

Negotiator

Good leaders have all these above mention qualities. He establish good

relations with the people, he also do screening of his subordinates and also takes

risks. He disseminate the information in to entire organization, he also allocate

the resources. He could be also a good negotiator.

A leader performs all these tasks and these managerial roles so we can say

that leadership pervade all management behavior. And one more we can say

that a good leader can be a good manager but it’s not compulsory that a

manager can be good leader.

Q: What is the key difference between the entrepreneur and disturbance

handler?

Answer:

Disturbance handler:

A managerial role dealing with unexpected issues and complications. And

his primary responsibility is to take corrective measure when organization

passes through the crisis or conflicts.

He deals with all problems which the organization encounters. It’s another

significant managerial role which the managers play in this dynamic

environment.

Entrepreneur:

An Entrepreneur recognizes opportunities to introduce new product, new

processes or an improved organization.

An Entrepreneur raises the necessary money, assembles the factors for

production and organizes an operation to exploit the opportunity.

Venture capital is often used to finance the start-up costs in return for an

equity share. Once the business is established, an Entrepreneur may

choose to raise additional capital by selling equity shares to the public

through an initial public offering.

Q: Do you agree with the interrelationship and triangle analogy of the level

of leadership analysis?

Answer:

Yes there is relationship existing between the three levels of leadership

according to the analogy of the leadership analysis. These levels are:

Individual level

Group level

Organizational level

A leader will be a good leader at individual level if he deals every individual

with very effective way then he will be a good leader at the individual level.

At group level the leadership becomes more complex but when a leader dealt

a group with effective way then he will good leader at the group level.

Same for the organizational level it is most complex level of the leadership. If

a leader will lead an organization with really effective way then he will be good

leader at the organizational level.

For a good leader it’s compulsory that a leader should be good at each level.
