The Korn Ferry Leadership Development Series is built around the skillsand strategies necessary to effectively achieve “career best” experiencesfor team members, giving the organization the performance required tomeet strategic goals.

Based on the Four Stages® of Contribution model,the Leadership Development Series helpsparticipants understand how to move away fromindependent contributor behavior and status tobecome someone who contributes through others,regardless of title or reporting relationships.
The Series is based upon current leadershipresearch and learner demographics; the corecontent focuses on understanding the value ofcreating a capacity-building environment thatleverages the diverse skills of the existingworkforce.
The Leadership Development Series is module-based and highly customizable in length andcontent. Choose the skills and competencies thatare most critical for the success of new managersand build the program around them.
Outcomes

Use a set of mobilizing skills in everydayinteractions to encourage high performancethrough effective communication.

The Leadership Development Series is a one- tothree-day variable-length program built on thestandard introduction module and the modules youchoose from the Critical Management Situationsmenu. The research-based Four Stages® of Contribution model describes the impact individuals have throughouttheir career stages. Having the maximum amount of people contributing at a high level, personally andthrough others, creates greater organizational success.
Customize with CMS modules.
Start with the introductory module, then decide onthe skill-building focus that’s best for you. Add thedesired number of half-day modules to build yourcustom program. We suggest a two-day programfor maximum impact; additional modules can beexperienced over time.
