Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a two year rotational program designed specifically for highly talented post- Master’s/MBA candidates who have a strong desire to stretch their abilities and enhance their leadership potential. Our LDP candidates will have the opportunity to complete (3) eight month rotations. Right from the start, the LDP puts you in the middle of strategic decision making, where you will have the ability to make significant contributions to the organization. Upon completion of the program, you will be considered for a highly impactful leadership role based upon your career interests, performance and development during your program.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSCandidates must be highly motivated, self-confident results-oriented and posses a passion for strengthening business acumen, strategic thinking and leadership skills. Additional qualifications include:

• Master’s/MBA degree (or scheduled completion by June 2016)

• Undergraduate degree with a concentration in business, finance or information technology (dependent on desired program track)

• A minimum of three years of relevant professional work experience

• Solid record of academic achievement

• Ability to think creatively and strategically

• Desire to lead, innovate and collaborate

• Demonstrated history of successful leadership and ability to inspire others to action

APPLICATION & SELECTION PROCESSThe LDP is highly competitive. We will accept a maximum of six candidates into our program per year.

• Our selection process starts at various colleges and universities through career fairs and on-campus interviews.

• A second round of interviews will occur at our Cleveland, Ohio global headquarters in mid-November.

• Decisions will be made and offers extended by late November/early December with anticipated start dates in July 2016.

• Visit your college placement office for more information on when OMNOVA representatives will be on campus.

• Acceptance is conditional upon successful completion of a Master’s/ MBA.

COMMERCIAL

Sales and Marketing

Development Program

• develop a variety of strategic business and commercial competencies, including new business development, strategy execution and product development and launch

• support multiple business segments within our global organization

Master’s or MBA with an undergraduate degree in business or marketing

FINANCE

Finance Development

Program

• develop a variety of technical and organizational competencies including financial planning, analysis and business partnering

• work in a variety of functions within the Finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, operations analysis, accounting, internal audits, tax and risk

• gain exposure to multiple businesses within our global organization

Master’s or MBA with an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or economics

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Information Technology

Development Program

• develop a variety of technical and organizational competencies, including business partnering, project and relationship management and solution design and delivery

• learn about network design/services, business analysis and end user and technical support

• partner with senior leadership to improve the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems and processes
