DEMOCRATICDEMOCRATIC

• A democratic supervisor wants to share decision-making responsibility.
• The employer strongly considers the opinions of employees and seeks theirthoughts and suggestions.
• All employees are informed about all matters that concern them.
LAISSEZ-FAIRELAISSEZ-FAIRE
• Laissez-faire (also called free-reign) leadership style refers to a hands-off approach in which the supervisor actually does as little leading as possible.
• In effect, the laissez-faire supervisor delegates all authority and power to the employees.
