LEADERSHIP AND SPOKESPERSONS  

Frank Sadeghi founded Morgan Engineering in 1993, and is the Principal Owner responsible for total project management and design of municipal, residential, commercial and industrial projects. He also serves as a Special Project Engineer for various Governmental Agency projects.

He formerly worked at Maser Sosinski & Associates and at The Schoor, DePalma & Canger Group, Inc. as a Project Manager and oversaw major governmental, residential, commercial and industrial projects. He started his career at Bernard R. Berson & Associates designing commercial and residential site plans and subdivisions, and also served as a Project Manager and designer for projects in the State of New Jersey.

Sadeghi is both a Certified Municipal Engineer and Professional Engineer in the state of New Jersey. He is a member of several professional societies: the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers, and the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers.

He is a graduate with both a BSCE and a BS in Land Surveying from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and holds an M.C.R.P Master in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University. He is working towards his MBA at Monmouth College.

Lauren Plump joined the firm in 2006, and serves as a Principal of the firm as well as President of Marketing and New Business Development. She oversees much of the strategic direction of the organization, and is intricately involved with the sales team and guides the communications and marketing efforts of the firm. She is responsible for guiding the Morgan team as it fulfills its mission of providing exemplary customer service, and is instrumental in ensuring all team members work closely with clients, so each and every Morgan project has the best possible outcome.

With years of experience in the field, she holds a Title Producers License, a Real Estate License, and is certified in AutoCAD. She is a member of the Continental Who’s Who, The National Association of Professional Women, and is active in numerous local organizations.

Plump attended Mercer County College/Ocean County College (NJ) and continues to study at Post University (Waterbury, CT) in the field of International Marketing. She is a member of the Barnegat Bay Yacht Racing Association, and has been Race Course Management Certified. She is a member of Toms River and Island Heights Yacht Club.
