THE AWARDS

Leaders matter. Leaders matter when they lead people with inspiration, empathy and with an intent to help them achieve their best. They collaborate with their followers to maximize collective results. They override the need to project self with words and deeds to project and achieve a common cause and vision.

Research shows that leaders not only help companies be successful but ensure the three stakeholders profits, people and planet get equal importance in their triple bottom line focus. They do not trade one for the other. Importantly research also proves that good leadership can improve the work climate and improve business results to an extent of 30%.

The business world therefore has repeatedly emphasized that leadership development is an imperative. We at Forum for Emotional Intelligence Learning have been focused on building emotionally intelligent leadership for more than a decade. Our annual conferences and leadership awards are not only well-known but also are a high standard of recognition.

Some of the most well-known leaders in India from Industry and Academia have been recipients of our awards for their quality leadership.
