ATTRIBUTE :Is a quality or characteristic given to a person, group, or some other thing. Your best attribute might be your willingness to help others, like when you take hands of old man to helping him cross the street Or When you take food bites from the street to avoid others walking on grace of god .  

BEHAVIOR :Refers to how you conduct yourself. Generally, it’s wise to engage in good behavior, even if you're really bored. you could say that to behave is to "own" yourself to control yourself .

Delegation Guidelines Effective delegation is key to an organization’s success. we can say that delegation is Action & Results .

What needs to be done ?Why does it need to be

You will explain What you hope to accomplish and Why it is important .This information clarifies the desired outcome .

If circumstances change, the person executing the task can modify it to fulfill the desired objective.

How is the task to be done  ?Describe any specific requirements or standards the job needs to satisfy.

Who is going to do it  ?If it is a team project, be sure to designate one person to be accountable for the team doing its job .

When does it need to be completed  ?

This is a commitment to complete the task by a specified date .

It is the responsibility of the person or team accepting the task to flag problems and get help or to notify the leader or manager in advance of the due date It is not acceptable to wait until the due date and say we tried, but the job just don't get done.

Life coach: , it is part of Life & Death , True & Untrue , Fact & Non-fact ,Last study shown that 88% of people in life they fail on coaching themselves, according to Harvard Business Review magazine, life coaching is second fastest growing industries in the world!

Now We Might Be asking our self WHY? Why in the world, 88% of people fail on life coach , may be we can avoid to fail on , The main reason and as per Dr. Milton Erickson, over 95% of all our Behavior! is Unconscious If you were to consider and reflect What the impact of this is on your life, You will soon realize that When you are Conscious for only 5% of your life, then you impact is going to be very limited and you will spend the majority of your time operating habitually .

For example : If you came every day do the same habitual you do that in Unconscious like every day you wake-up same time doing daily routine you made it full with unconscious here i want to indicate to your brain storm , that you never do that more than 5% of your daily life experience to avoid being with 95% . Each one of the group will say story up to same topic will be helpful to increase the level of team understanding .

Also the Values these are the things that are important to you. Your top 5, Most

important values in any given context of life, will determine over 80% of all your self Initiated Motivation, Drive & Focus. This has a major influence on your state, constantly .

When company is seeking to develop its employees in specific competencies using performance management tools and involving the immediate managerOr , Company has a number of talented employees who are not meeting expectationsOr, Company is introducing a new system or programOr, Company has a small group of individuals (5-8) in need of increased competency in specific areas. learned and not a true reflection of who you are or what is possible for you. Often we recognize certain limiting beliefs about ourselves or the world we live in, and feel we Have no power of changing them. Beliefs, by default, will always actualize

themselves .henry ford, Said long time a ago: “Whether you believe that you can or that you

can’t. you are Right Your state and possibilities in life will largely be determined by your beliefs.

Simply as that. If you don’t believe that something is possible, you will not even attempt doing it.

Also Your Memories: The sum of your total Experiences in life, Everything that ever happened to you,, Perfectly stored in your mind uses it as a reference of How things are in life, Meanings & your Expectations of life .

We are incapable of facing the present moment in life, without filtering it through our past experiences. This determines how we feel today and our experience of the quality of our life .This is huge, as we walk around carrying all our unresolved negative emotions Which have a major influence on our perceptions and natural states. Health wise, this is where most of our diseases stem from .

This is where we find most of the root causes of all our problems. Overcoming these changes our past and sets us free from the burdens of life, allowing us to naturally be in resourceful states, allowing us to heal and be our true selves
