Team Functioning: Analyzing the Case
Step 1: Read the case • Read thoroughly, underlining or highlighting
pieces of information that you think are significant to understanding the case
Step 2: Establish the facts of the case• What are the significant facts of the case? Try to
withhold judgment, inferences or evaluation
