• We are currently negotiating whole school training
• This will provide you with the opportunity to become an ‘expert’ in a chosen area of teaching and learning
• This will be research based • Link with other schools/organisations to
ensure the role is outward facing

Each session will take the following format• 10 mins introduction of WORDS (JTN)• 30 mins leadership training – external
visitors/presentations in chosen whole school strategic areas
• 10 mins Q+A • Ongoing research and development in chosen
whole Academy strategic area

• Week Two – the production of the STOPS• Week Three - proposal for expert – research
and development Link in to SDP/Ofsted etc…• Week Four - peer evaluation and feedback
training
