A newborn in Étienne Marcel area : Swann, cocktail bar and british-inspired bistro is the last spot for a lunch / drink where prices don't fly too high.
Swann rue du Cygne, the choice of the name seemed obvious, yet Swann is primarily the name of the owners grand-son, who swear they have landed here by chance.And just like their offspring, they pamper their customers with a choice of dishes combining French and English flavors. For
the food, they hired a chef from London, who imported food that our friends the Brits love : the Truffled Toast, a revisited croque-monsieur, mini-burgers, creative sweet and salty XL salads with spicy blends… The idea is to bring a bit of freshness and novelty to the menu of a traditional bistrot, without upset-ting the French clientiel. The less adventurous will opt for classics, lamb shanks or risotto.
At the cocktail hour, wings start to spread with the cocktail of the
house : Swann, of course ! To sip in a normal version or a shared glass, along with an assortment of tapas, cheese or meats, or home-made Bruschettas. The secret of this potion ? Red ber-ries, that Swann's mother used to devour during her pregnancy. Long live the newly born !

At the helm of Boulettes, Dan and Kevin won a bet : to give acclaim to a dish born from street food. How ? Thanks to a prestigious approach, which combines ultra-fresh products and a talented chef's savoir-faire in the art of meatballs. End of 2013, Dan and Kevin discovered Meat Ball Shop in New York, and returned to France determined to make meatballs a star. The concept works, because meatballs are declinable to infi-nity. Their shop offers every day
five varieties of meatballs - three meats, fresh fish and vegetarian, served in a sandwich or a bowl with five accompaniments and a choice of bottled beers.
Upon arrival, fondant, tasteful and flavorsome recipes : chicken satay-coriander, eggplant-feta-piquillos-pine nuts, fresh cod-celery-salmon, mashed patatoes-salmon, not forgetting
the amazing chef's pastries. Kevin, the associate chef « loves meatball's freedom, that brings together multiple flavors in one dish. » Customers rave about the place, so do we !
And that's not all : every morning, Boulettes turns into a Coffee Shop with its cosy cellar, decorated by the artist Lazarine. The web-site allows you to be delivered

We knew Sprinsioux for its chic and rock wardrobe, but now, black is also part of the shop. The brand delivers the fruit of its collaboration with Terres de café : an exclusive mix of grains, filtered in a common technic from the Japan of the 30's.
