GRABGRAB is describing 4 main focus aspects of work that ER department will carry on in the coming session 2013-14. They are Growth, Reconstruction, Adventure and Bonding. Strategies toward all the stakeholders, both current and future, of the LC are included in GRAB. Therefore, it also act as a blue-print of ER Department year plan. I firmly believe that every contact point is crucial for External Relationship building, so, by ameliorating all 4 elements in GRAB, ER Department can bring a dramatic impact to our LC.

To seek out all opportunities, GRAB it,and turn it into REAL IMPACT

GrowthEvery members in AIESEC should have a full AIESEC experience, which can be achieved by giving them a

free, open and challenging learning environment. So as the coming members of ER Department.

1. Find the “WHY”- VP and Managers are ought to help

officers to find the value of their jobs - Two teams, Liaison & Business, with

Manager-Officer Ratio 1:4 would be set up within the department

2. High level engagement - According to the “Golden Circle”, once

they found the answer of “WHY”, the coming stages, “HOW” & “WHAT”, can be easily reached

3. Job Enrichment- Vertically expands their job by letting

them participate in Departmental Strategies designing

- Highest degree of member exploration can then be accomplished

4. Ultimate Performance- Training of members take a great responsibility in boosting the whole Department’s performance. Especially for ER members, Account Management knowledge is of paramount importance. Besides, training on product knowledge, sales and presentation skills would also be carried on
