Dear LCN client,

It is a magical and promising number and together with you we are looking forward to it – we are turning 30! Diving in head first because with 30 we have enough life experience to be bold. We know what we want, we know our strengths and make our decisions with the right mix of good sense and gut instincts.

For our 30th Birthday we come to the conclusion – it has been a fabulous time up to now! Together with you we have grown and advanced. All the more we are set to continue to strive this coming year. It is our intention to put you, our client into our focus! With this new magazine STUDIO we want to offer you an additional value. We are concentrating on what is interesting for you, what will let you become better and what will broaden your skills. The STUDIO plays the main part in our daily life.

No other season awakens as much longing, anticipation and the feeling of butterflies inone’s tummy as spring. Direction – what is my objective:To increase my average sales per client and therefore increase my overall total sales. You should keep this mantra on your mind at all times: only if you keep your goal in mind will you adjust your everyday behavior in your Salon accordingly.

Key Facts – did you know thatThe most frequently sought after treatments in a Nail Salon are manicures and pedicu-res? More than half of all services offered are covered in these two areas. Therefore to further develop and focus on these services is definitely worth it Only one third of all clients is only requesting a classical nail sculpting service.

Action – how do I go about it?What do I do if my clients says no? What do I do if my client does not want any additional services? But what if she does after all? And if it is only every other customer? Every YES increases your sales and false modesty does

not lead towards maximum profit So have the courage to do it. You have to develop a feel for your clients. Ask your client, for example while doing a manicure if she would like an additional peeling or if she would like to have her nails polished at the end of the treatment. A nice, relaxing hand massage or a very natural looking natural nail strengthening.

Make use of this time to explain the advantages of your products. A lot of the time your clients don’t know the full range of your services and appreciate a personal consultation.

Polish – the biggest sales potentialMost clients wish to have their nails polished as a finish to their salon t eatment. You should definitely o fer this service to every customer. For your male clients you could alternatively offer to buff their nails with a polish file

Always formulate you question in a way that your client cannot say no:

Would you like a colour polish or French polish as a finish to your manicu e?

List your value-added services as a sepa-rate item on your price list and offer this value-added service at a reduced price to your client in combination with her treatment.

This way your client feels that she has saved some money.

Make sure that you have a large range of polishes that you can offer to your client.

The more colours your customer can choose from the more tempting it will be.

2. Cleanse client's feet with Kodan DisinfectantSpray. If toenails have nail polish on them, remove with LCN SPA Orchid Nail Polish Remover.

5. Gently rinse off the exfoliating product with warm water and dry the feet. They are now ready for the treatment.

3. Prepare the feet in a foot bath bowl with warm water and Citrus Foot Bath Crystals, sliced lemons can be added to the foot bath. Let customer soak for approximately 10 minutes.4. Next treat the feet with Citrus Foot Peeling. Spread a walnut-sized portion of the product over both feet and remove dead skin cells through gentle circular movements from the toes towards the heart. This light massage stimulates the circulation.

6. Apply a thick layer of Citrus Foot Mask to both feet and wrap feet with warm towels scented with Citrus Fresh Up Spray.7. Remove the towels after 5-10 minutes and massage the remaining Citrus Foot Mask into the skin.8. Continue massage by applying Citrus Foot Cream to the lower legs and feet. Massage for 10 minutes.

From north to south, from west to east – it is well worth to discover this island. Besides its dreamlike coastal regions with their divine beaches it is most of all Crete’s mountain villages which fascinate me and let me disappear into times long past and a world nearly forgotten. Once you have passed the usual-ly quite spectacular drive and the afternoon heat you will be greeted by the cool mountain air – and of course by the refreshing greek cuisine. There will be no other place to enjoy these delicacies as much as you will when visiting one of the nume-rous taverns all over Crete’s mountain villages.

What made you start with Nail Design?As a client in a Nail Salon I was dissatisfied for many y ars with the result and durability of my sculpted nails. This is how my desire to go into this line of business started. The interest in Nail Design has always been a part of me. I wanted to do things differently, I wanted to make sure that customers will leave Salons satisfied and that they we e look-ing forward to come again. With this in mind I completed my training as a Nail Designer in 1997 and have been working in this industry ever since. In 2000 I opened a large shop in Herrenberg. My clientele grew

continuously and I had to expand my team in order to be able to offer an increasing demand for additional Beauty-Concepts like Pedicure, Cosmetic and Permanent Mak-up.

How did you become a LCN Beauty Center?My big turning point in the cooperation with LCN started with a visit by my Sales Representative Diana Grund (LCN Sales Area Manager). Up to this point the back office was my point o contact. With the support of the Sales Representative I learned more about the possibi-lities of a cooperation with LCN concerning exclusive Nail- and Beauty Salons. Shortly thereafter I decided to start a LCN Premium Center. As I am always on the lookout for something “unusual” it did not take long and I was very excited about the new LCN Beauty Center Concept. During several meetings with the Sales Representative the differences between the already existing LCN Salon Concept was explained to me. The benefits we e very convincing and on May 1st, 2014 I opened my own LCN Beauty Center.

What are the advantages of the LCN Beauty Center Concept?This concept complies completely with my personal quality expec-tations. For Salons there is a high potential in turnover not only in treatments but also product sales. But it is difficult to xhaust these potentials alone. This is where the LCN Beauty Center Concept sets in. With the help of professional Marketing concepts I can easily realize

promotional actions. With the LCN Marketing-Support packages alone I was able to increase my sales and service turnover enormously. Take the “Product of the month” for example. With this concept I can design matching treatment concepts and at the same time I can perfectly promote single products. This saves a lot of time and energy.In addition standardized processes like the optimal cash system simplify my day-to-day business. Based on a qualified p oduct presentation by the Sales Representative I am always one of the firstto be up-to-date on Novelties and Trends.
