This stone wall with aluminum fence on top is an approximate representation .

Aluminum fencing will add aesthetic appeal, and the minimum 48” height and self-closing gate will provide an

effective barrier to unattended children.

Phase 1 also includes grading and removal of tennis courts which will be dumped in the hole behind the pool saving

hauling costs.

Page 7: LCCI Plans

Grading will address the drainage from parking lot and hill which currently flows behind and under the sinking gazebo.

Gazebo roof top shows ~10 foot change in elevation from court level to pool area.

Trees currently block the view of the hole.

The “filled” area behind the pool will be the future construction site of the playground.

There are many options to consider for the play area.

For future consideration: Lighting would increase court usage as many summer days are too hot to play and

working people could play Monday through Friday evenings during winter months.

Cost for lighting installation on two courts ~$15,000 (Lighting pattern may be different than shown.)
