Our mission is to design and manufacture leading edge technology hydrostatic horizontal boring and milling machines by focusing on innovation and leveraging the tradition of deep attention to quality and continuos development.
LAZZATI is a family company with a strong ownership arrived to the third generation.
Since the beginning, in 1939, LAZZATI has produced only horizontal boring‐mills always at the state of the art.
From 1975 LAZZATI is producing machines based on hydrostaticsolution with a continuous evolution up to now, towards “technological perfection”.
Over 70 years of technological improvement and success!!!
As a matter of fact, from its foundation since 1939 the company grew up and dedicated itself exclusively to the manufacture of Boring Machines by maintaining a tradition and a qualification always at the maximums levels of the technique together with the demands of the industrial production.
During the years of its long history, LAZZATI has been enhanced, increased and expanded to the current operational area of 25,000 square meters, of which 15,000 square meters fully covered!

Technological Innovation in LAZZATI is made with the philosophy of the “step by step” , which means that all the next machines have a little improvement from the one before. This system gives many advantages because it is not traumatic and lets to be innovative and reliableat the same time. Only when a new technology or process has been completely tested it can be delivered to the all production, thus giving a security of reliability of the final products.

3DROT management of the Milling Head in the Space. The CNC is capable to manage all
the rotation or inclination of the axes in the whole 3D space only giving the starting
inclination of the milling head.
Tool ManagementCNC advanced solutions help to manage the load and unload on the tool changer and to decide
the best working load on every tool. This gives high savings on tooling
expenses.
• Energy Saving up to 25% of energy saving due to the special project of the electrical plant.
• Oil Saving and Protection thanks to the hydrostatic system only a short and defined quantity of lubrification oil is used and also this is all recovered and re used. In fact, the system is a completely closed with no leakage.
• Coolant Saving and Protection All coolant is taken by the chip conveyor and by a tank in the foundation and it’s all filtered and cleaned and brought into the main coolant tank.
• Space Saving LAZZATI design lets to save a great space in the plant .• Low Noise Level under the noise level of 80db, as prescribed by the applicable EC legislation.
