Lazaway Pools prepare and issue an SPASA Vic contract specifying the scope of works and all inclusions and exclusions. Once the contract is signed and the 5% deposit is received, your project is ready to proceed.

• Site reportOur draftsman will meet with you and place the pool in your property, at this time accurate measurements are obtained which enables our surveyors to commence the building permit process. Simultaneously these drawings are forwarded to our engineers where they undertake the engineering of your pool and hydraulic flows to strict Australian guidelines drawings are prepared for both building permit and construction purposes.

Lazaway’s Steps to Swimming:• Building permit

One of Lazaway Pools staff member in our construction department will make the necessary application to the relevant authorities re your building permit, if there is a town planning permit required, Lazaway Pools will go ahead and arrange all necessary town planning permits before your building permit is issued using our building surveyor. If there is no town planning or developers approvals required we can usually get your building permit within 2 weeks

• Color selectionsAn appointment at our Rowville head office is scheduled in where its time for you to choose the color of your pool and tiles, look at the equipment that you have chosen and get a thorough understanding of the process by which Lazaway starts and completes your pool.

• Investment by the clientDeposit to the value of 5% of contract sum
