Junior suites are available to all UAMS affiliates for both long-term and short-term stays. Nightly and monthly rates are available. These one-room apartments are packed with special amenities: Living Area: lounge chair, side table, TV and study desk with chair.

Kitchen: dining table and chairs, small refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, sink, disposal, pantry, coffee maker, dishes and cookware.

Sleeping Area: full-size bed, chest and nightstand with lamp and alarm clock.

Private Bath: toilet, sink and bath/shower combination.

In addition, several other amenities are available to all junior suite occupants, including housekeeping and linen service, complimentary parking, internet/wireless access, basic cable TV and security access. Guest computers are available in the lobby of the residence hall administration building.

Completed in 2006, the UAMS Residence Hall is a unique hybrid of university style dormitory and apartment dwelling. The facility is conveniently located on campus at 4601 West Markham Street. The residence hall offers a mix of duplex dorm rooms, studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, and executive/junior suites.
