REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRANCEEXAM 

1. Official Transcript of Records (TOR)

  If TOR is not yet available  – Honorable Dismissal or Certificateof Graduation

  For Graduating Students – Certificate of Candidacy forGraduation

2. Certification of Good Moral Characterfrom the Dean and the GuidanceCounselor of last school attended; and a

photocopy of each

3. Three (3) 2x2 photos (whitebackground)

4. Application and testing fee of P1,300

5. One (1) big brown envelope

LASALLE

1. Go to the Office of Admissions and Scholarshipsand present an original or certified true copy of yourCollege Transcript of Records for evaluation (GPAof at least 85%). Note: For non DLSU applicantsplease submit a certification of your CGPA and the

University's grading system.

2. If qualified, you will be issued a referral slip forpayment of the College of Law Admissions/Testingfee at the Accounting Office. o For non-DLSUgraduates: Php 1,500.00 o For De La Salle DistrictSchool graduates: Php 1,200.00 o For DLSUgraduates: Php 1,000.00

3. Present the official receipt to the Office of Admissions and Scholarships to secure theapplication kit.

4. Submit the accomplished application form and

the required documents to get the testing permit.

a. Three (3) identical 2"x2" photographs

b. Photocopy of Birth Certificate from NSO

c. Two (2) letters of recommendation from formerundergraduate or graduate professors or employerswho could attest to the applicant's qualification forthe Law Program

d. Updated curriculum vitae/résumé

e. Personal Statement containing career objectives(see Personal Statement Guide in the Applicationkit)

f. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the lastschool attended g. Transcript of records from allinstitutions of higher learning attended (one certifiedcopy and three photocopies)

 An applicant seeking to register for the LAEmust submit the following to the Office of theCollege Secretary, 1st Floor, U.P. College ofLaw, Malcolm Hall, Diliman, Quezon City not

later than 15 November 2013 (without f ine) or22 November 2013 (with fine):

1. A duly accomplishedREGISTRATION FORM.

2. Proof of payment of TESTING FEE.For early registrants, the testing fee isP1,500.00; for late registrants, P2,000.00.

3. Proof of graduation or seniorstanding. For a candidate forgraduation of a bachelor’s degree, heor she must submit a CERTIFICATIONfrom the Registrar of the school wherethe applicant is enrolled that he/she isa candidate for graduation for thecurrent school year together with acertified current/up to date OTR ANDGENERAL WEIGHTED AVERAGEand a copy of the CURRICULUM ofthe course he/she is graduating in.(N.B. For enrollment in the U.P.College of Law, a successful applicantmust already be a baccalaureatedegree holder.)

4. Three (3) identical passport sizerecent photos (White Background).

5. A self-addressed stampedenvelope.

6. Other requirements as may beimposed by the AdmissionsCommittee.
