To help you get started today, we would like to offer all fitness members one free personal training or wellness orientation session (personal training is a one-hour workout with trainer; wellness orientation is an over- view of the fitness center equipment). Schedule your free session/ orientation at the Center Welcome Desk, or call us at 412-828-8566. The Lauri Ann West Com- munity Center is pleased to announce our new personal training program! We have a wide variety of packages and personal training options available for you and can tai- lor them to your needs and goals. Whether you want to train for a sport or upcom- ing event, are hoping to lose weight or gain muscle – we have a package and trainer who will make this possible! Rates start as low as $100/ month. A number of personal train- ers are available at the Center, including new Fitness Coordinator Trent Sneidman, Matt Hooper, Karen Sassa- man and Gene Wright. Community Day April 16 Plans are underway for Community Day on Saturday, April 16 from 11 AM

until 3 PM. We are looking forward to featuring a number of programs, perfor-

mances and activities that feature the wide-ranging offerings of our Center.

Here’s a sneak peek at the sessions and activities we have scheduled thus far:
