About me...

I’m a graphic designer specializing in print design. I grew up on a farm in Ohio and now live in Delaware. A graduate of Wittenberg University, I was intrigued with fonts and design elements and my first crack at a Macintosh loaded with a layout software program was one of the most memorable times of my life. I have been in the graphic design business ever since, beginning in the non profit sector, a freelance designer, moving to an accounting firm, and for the past twelve years, a private school.

I enjoy conceptualizing, preparing, and producing design and layout for publications and event promotion. It’s always exciting to brainstorm with creative thinkers and clients to bring all the elements together and even better when I get to use my skills in photography and editing. Last summer I attended training for WordPress and now have to say that website upkeep and revamping is one of my favorite parts of my job.

In my spare time I enjoy upcycling items into something new and beautiful, collage art, and watching hummingbirds outside my office window.
