Laura ingalls wilder

Laura was born on February 7th, 1867

She memorized a Sunday School poem in 1874

In 1883, she earned her teaching certificate

She married Almanzo Wilder in 1885

In 1886, her daughter Rose Wilder was born. She named her after her favorite prairie flowers.

In 1889, her second child was born, but he died at twelve months old.

She published a story for the newspaper in 1911.

8In 1911, she redesigned her house.

In 1932, she published her first children's book. It was called Little House in the Big Woods.

In 1939, her old house was turned into a museum
