Fagor Industrial is currently a reference brand thanks to its range of solutions focused on professional needs.

Fagor Industrial was established in 1960, selling industrial enamelled cooktops for the hotel and res-taurant sectors. Soon, the company began manufac-turing its own products, expanding its product range to include professional dishwashing and laundry machines.

For years, Fagor Industrial has continued to expand its range of products and services, developing a range of cooktops, ovens, industrial refrigeration equipment, buffets and perfecting its range of laundry products to include ironers and dryers as well as a range of products for laundry finishing.

The Lucena plant in Cordoba was inaugurated in 1997, where industrial refrigeration equipment would be manufactured. We are committed to this product range and new plants have been opened in Poland, Turkey and Mexico to strengthen it.

Fagor Industrial is part of MONDRAGÓN, the most important corporate group in the Basque Country and the seventh most important in Spain.

It includes more than 260 companies and organiza-tions divided into three areas: Financial, Industrial and Distribution.

Currently, it employs more than 93,000 people and has more than 70 companies outside of Spain.

Our philosophy is to consistently maintain quality at the top of our list of priorities and to remain focused day after day.

The Fagor Industrial quality management system is included in the company’s Management Manual. This Manual also includes systems for environmental man-agement, workplace safety and health management.

The quality, environmental and safety policies de-scribe the systems’ missions and objectives. The management systems are implemented in keep-ing with the internationally prestigious norms (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OSHAS 18001:2007) and all systems are certified.

Fagor Industrial was a pioneer in Spain, certifying its quality management system in 1991 and renovating it every three years. The environmental management system was certified in 2006, and the safety and health systems in 2007, by AENOR.

Our management systems follow the guidelines of the Fagor Industrial Management Model, defined and implemented in keeping with the EFQM model (the European Foundation for Quality Management), acknowledged by the external organization Euskalit in 2004 with the “Q de oro” award (more than 500 points).

THE LATEST FEATURES AND TECHNOLOGY AT YOUR SERVICE

All our washers are manufactured in stainless steel body, drum and tub, which besides an elegant look provides better quality and increased resistance to the external agents, lengthening the washer life and avoiding corrosion problems

They are equipped with an automatic water mixer1 (mixing different water temperatures) which provides energetic savings and reduces washing times.

Furthermore, the new range includes a new soap dosing system2 and new water ducts, as well as easy detergent connection. It complies with the WRAS certification, a worldwide known regulation which avoids the water going back to the mains.

Thanks to an advanced technological development, and by means of the inverter, the washers detect the imbalance at an early stage. This way the operation is much smoother , elongating components lifetime and reducing washing times, thus saving energy as well.

All washers equipped with the “MP” microprocessor have the necessary features to use the WET CLEANING system, avoiding an investment in expensive applications to work with this advanced washing concept. With this feature many dry cleaning washing systems can be done with washer extractors, which also means a reduction in costs.

A simple but reliable design with easy-to-access mechanical parts which perfectly combines with the use of intelligent electronics. All components have been designed and manufactured with top quality and reputed brands, focusing on the optimization of each component location and lower maintenance. On top of that, all controls were checked to the last detail: complete technical menus, failure self-diagnosis systems, alarms, restricted access areas, etc.

MAINTENANCE CARE

WET CLEANING

All washers with “MP” control are equipped with a third water inlet, which allows to save filling time and to be used for soft water, ozone or recycled water.

MULTI-CHOICE INLET

All washers with “MP” control are equipped with an efficient system by means of which you can indicate the load which is introduced in the machine. The washer, automatically, adapts the quantity of water and chemicals to be used for that load.

OPTIMAL CONSUMPTION

This system has been developed to maximise the washing quality with the shortest cycle time possible. By means of small perforations in the ribs of the drum the water has a cascade effect on the load. This increases considerably the mechanical action inside the drum during the washing cycle and so reduces the need of water.

Also the drum and tub’s efficient design with a narrow gap between them, reduces the energetic consumption to heat up the water, as well as the overuse of chemicals and water.

The Memory Kit includes: - one card of external memory - one wire to connect to the computer - one CD - one manual with instructions for installation The software for PC “Wash Control” allows the creation of new washing programs in a computer and the transfer of these to the washing machine directly, or to another Memory Kit, or to a file to send by e-mail. It also allows to discharge the statistics and control data for the technicians.

THE DRYING SYSTEM WITH THE BEST PERFORMANCE IN THE MARKET

The new FAGOR INDUSTRIAL humidity sensor offers a precise control of the moisture in the linen. By this system the drying cycle will automatically stop when it reaches the set level of residual moisture. This system offers many advantages. Among others we want to point out the time and energy saving by avoiding the unnecessary prolongation of the drying cycle and avoiding the unnecessary wearing of the linen.Besides this, the new drying system adapts automatically the speed of the drum to the humidity level of the load. By this feature the drum will move at the optimal speed to ensure maximum humidity extraction, thus reducing significantly both drying time and energy consumption.

To achieve the maximum energy saving we have created recirculation system that reintroduces the expelled hot air inside the drum. This way we re-use the hot air which lowers the energy heating consumption and at the same time we increase the air flow inside the drum. This new patented system consists in regulating the re-used air-flow depending on the humidity level. This way we optimize each phase of the drying process with the maximum energy saving without increasing the time of the drying cycle.

The complete circuit of the air-flow has been thermally insulated in order to optimize the energy to heat the air and to maximize the energetic efficiency. The drum, the panels in contact with the air-flow, the recirculation duct and of course the door (double glass), has been thermal insulated to avoid any loss of heat to the outside.

INSULATED PANELS

All models offer the reverse turning of the drum. This way the drying process is more efficient and offers better uniformity on the garments drying process, avoiding at the same time the tangling of the big pieces. The reverse system of the drum is done through the inverter in all models.

Easy and intuitive to use, the electronic control of the FAGOR INDUSTRIAL tumbler dryers offers a complete control of the process. Even offering the possibility to select the required drum speed, statistics control, technical menu, alarms, etc.

The new system of mixed axial-radial air-flow increases the efficiency of the whole drying process due to the improvement of the air-flow inside the drum. Besides, the re-used air is being reintroduced in the machine directly through the back of the drum, increasing the mix flow effect.

The drums of the Green Evolution PLUS are built in stainless steel BA finishing, to have better quality and durability.

SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR THE RESTAURANTS AND SMALL PRODUCTION AREAS

User-friendly, reliable, robust and not expensive. The new range of mural ironers is the ideal choice for those laundries which do not have a big output but where the investment point matters. Its easy use makes them perfect to iron the flatwork from restaurants, small hotels, youth hostels, etc.

Electrically heated, there are two versions, diameter 180 and 250mm. The linen needs the previous drying in a tumbler to get the moisture of 15-20% which will provide the optimum ironing results.

Their simple mechanism makes them reliable and long-lasting, being the cheapest option for the smaller laundries.

These machines are small in dimensions and mural, so they can be placed in a reduced space, with hardly installation as they do not have air exhaust or connections except the electric supply.

NEW CONCEPT IN IMPROVING AND SPEEDING UP THE FLATWORK DRYING AND IRONING PROCESS

The range of flatwork ironers with rolls from 200, 325 and 500mm is perfect for those small and medium sized laundries which need an optimum ironing quality with minimum operation and maintenance costs.

The ironing output (between 10 and 80 kg/h, depending on model) and the heating types (electric, gas, steam) makes them flexible to adapt to the different needs of the customers.

Their renovated design is now more ergonomic and reduces the drying and ironing times of the flat linen to the minimum. Their easy operation makes the maintenance costs almost non-existent.

The possibility to work exclusively from the front for both the feeding and collection of the linen, offers space saving for its installation and operation.

COMPACT DESIGN WITH HIGH PERFORMANCE AND OCCUPYING MINIMUM SPACE

The range of compact flatwork ironers with roll diameters 600, 800 and 1.000mm has been renovated and redesigned to offer the top performance. These machines, with their compact design, offer important space-saving in the laundries which need to process a big quantity of flatwork. One can iron up to 290 kg/h in less than 27 m2.

With the latest roll diameter 1.000mm models, the output of these machines has allowed an important increase, being ideal for laundries in hospitals, hotels, etc. which need to process daily up to 9 tons, with minimum space and staff requirements.

Another new feature is the roll length of 3.300mm, which allows the ironing and folding of linen with sizes 3.300 x 3.300mm

FAGOR has also developed a new touch-screen control for these models. This new control makes an easy and intuitive use of the machine, with a big flexibility to adjust any of the ironing or folding parameters.

One of the advantages of these machines is the mural conception, so the flat linen can be introduced and collected from the front (side stacker in PHOENIX), therefore saving a lot of space in the laundry. If the customer wishes a back collection, they can also work as pass-through machines.

This range is organized in three basic models with their several options depending on capacity (diameter 600, 800 and 1.000mm and length 2.600 and 3.300mm) and heating type (electric, gas and steam).

The basic models of self-service washer extractor and tumble dryer are prepared to be connected to a payment central unit, with no need for any other installation or extra element.

The self-service models with electronic wallet or for prepayment card are obtained by connecting one of the two kits for these two options to the basic self-service washer extractor model. This kit can easily be installed in the start up.

When placing the order, the corresponding machine code and kit code shall be requested.

vARIOuS PAymENT OPTIONS

- PAYMENT CENTRAL UNIT: The machine, as delivered, can work with any payment central unit system

- + ELECTRONIC COIN / TOKEN METER KIT: It allows alternating between coins and tokens and it can be programmed for any coin.

- + PREPAYMENT CARD KIT: A payment system with a rechargeable card. It needs a central unit to recharge balances in the cards (manual, with cash, cards,

etc...)

1- PRICES

All prices included in our invoices are in euro, net ex works. Prices exclude delivery, unloading, positioning or installation.

2- TRANSPORT

Goods are freighted under buyer’s responsibility .

Delivery is free on truck: unloading not included.

Complains: goods are freighted under insurance coverage. It is clients’ task to check goods for damages upon delivery.

Complains not related to transportation must be sent within 5 days from goods reception.

Besides above mentioned cases, goods received with signature on shipping bulletin are accepted henceforth.

3- PACKING

Standard packing is included in the present prices. Other packing will be quoted separately.

4- GUARANTEE

We warranty all our products against manufacturer fault during ONE YEAR from manufacturer or expedition date.

The faulty parts will be replaced with an ex-works delivery.

We shall not obliged to replace any goods or make any allowance or other arrangement if the defect has arisen from accident, misuse,

neglect, incorrect installation, or any other cause beyond our control.

Where the defect is reasonably attributable to the fault of the manufacturer, the Manufacturer shall replace or repair the defective goods but

shall not be liable for any cost of removal of the defective goods, or of the installation of replacement or any consequential loss or damage

arisen there from .

The manufacturer´s liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of materials and components manufactured by us.

Where goods and components supplied by us are not of our´s design and manufacture, the liability shall be limited to the guarantee provided

by the manufacture of such goods and components.

5- PUBLICATIONS

Right of new developments and technical modifications reserved.

This price list supersedes all earlier list.

Specifications :

Some previous considerations have to be mention here than before were not indicated because we had consider as obviously clear for

every one.

The technical descriptions of our machines trying to give a description of the main characteristics, nevertheless the revisions of the

industrial process could produce modifications of any of these values.

Fagor Industrial have the right to introduce the modifications that could consider necessary if they not modify the main characteristics

and requirements of the machine .

6- DELAY

Time for performance by the Manufacturer is given in good faith , as accurately as possible , but is not to be the essence of the contract.

The Customer shall have not right to damages or to impose penalties in the event of late delivery by the Manufacturer or his clients, or to

cancel the order or the contract for delay from any causes unless agreed in writing by the Manufacturer.

Delivery terms are merely indicative and subject to FAGOR production times. Delays do not entitle to any refund or liability whatsoever.

7- CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING

The Manufacturer at its absolute discretion may agree to the return of goods by the customer provided that the goods are returned at the

customer expense, in the same condition and in the original packing.

Any goods agreed by the Manufacturer as acceptable for return for any reason, excluding faulty goods, will be subject to a restocking charge

of 35 % of the net invoice value.

7-1. Orders can not be cancelled if the have been confirmed and accepted in writing , specially tailor made equipment.

We’ll consider any order confirmed if we don’t receive any negative reaction in 24 hours from our

confirmation date.

7-2. Fagor Industrial will only accepted any cancellation as follow :

- If the dealer´s cancel is before goods have left our warehouse a 50.00 € charge , net , per item will be made to cover our

administration and logistics cost.

- If the dealer´s cancel is after goods have left our warehouse , a charge of 20 % of invoice value will be charge plus an abortive

delivery charge if it is necessary .

- If the goods had been unpacked , a minimum of 25 % of invoice value will be charge only for this concept.

8- PAYMENTS

The payments will be made on time, even if the transport, the setting in service or the reception of the installation are delayed or canceled

by reasons that are not attributable to us.

9- ARBITRATION

The Parties should try to settle any disputes and differences which can arise by negotiations . If the parties will not come to agreement, the

arisen dispute will be submitted for consideration to a neutral Court as it is The International Commercial Arbitration court of Paris, the

arbitrator would also know and speak English and Spanish.
