Kennedy Space Center’s heritage includes launching robotic and satellite missions into space primarily using Atlas, Delta and Titan launch vehicles. Other launch vehicles include the Pegasus and Athena. e Launch Services Program continues this mission today directing launches from the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla.; Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif.; Kodiak, Alaska; and Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands.
