Create a customized launch event with media invitees and other stakeholders and drive brand awareness
Officially unveiling the ‘CRT’ to the Print & Electronic Media and invited guests.

6:00 pm – 6:30 pm Guest Arrival
Guest arrival from 6:00 pm onwards. At the Grand Ball Room Hall entrance registration will be done. Press kits will be distributed there to media invitees & gift bags will also be distributed to invited guests
6:30 pm– 6:35 pm MC Introduces the program MC will formally welcome everyone to the program
6:40 pm – 7:00 pm Speech of Key Note Person Key Note Person will deliver his speech to the invited guest & media.
7:00pm – 7:15 pmOfficial Product Reveal to
media & invited guests
A Product cutout of CRT will be unveiled. Followed by a product presentation
7:15 pm – 7:30 pm Product Presentation A Official Designated person will give a presentation on product revealed.
7:30 pm – 7:35 pm Corporate Video A corporate video will be shown to the invited guest and media.
7:35 pm – 8:35 pm Cultural Performance A Musical cultural night will be performed by some local prominent artist.
8:35 pm – 8:40 pm MC Wrap up the ceremonies MC thanks everyone for their presence at the launching ceremony.
8:40 pm – 10:00 pm Dinner Dinner will be served as per selected menue.
DETAIL PLAN
Contemporary Option:• Key Note Person will be requested to come
on the stage, at that moment the lights of the hall room will slowly dim.
• A sound track will start coordinated with a laser show.
• After two munities of laser show the Key Note Person will come on the stage and pull off the satin cloth and reveal the product
• Confetti's will burst on stage to celebrate the official launch of CRT!
