The City of Lathrop Parks and Recreation Department Activity Assistance Fund

The City of Lathrop Parks and Recreation Department offers an Activity Assistance Fund. City of Lathrop residents who are in need of financial assistance for any youth recreation program (17 years of age and under) are eligible to apply. Activity Assistance Funds are provided to Lathrop residents on a first-come, first-serve basis in accordance with eligible income requirements, program availability, participant eligibility and available funds.

To apply, an Activity Assistance Fund Application must be submitted for each participant. Applications are available at the Lathrop Generation Center and online at Lathrop.RecDesk.com. Approved individuals will be eligible for a maximum award of up to $200 per child and per fiscal year (July 1-June 30) to be used as stated above. Financial assistance recipients are required to pay fifty percent (50%) of program fees.

Kids’ Club Before and After School | Joseph Widmer, Mossdale, and Lathrop Community Center Kindergarten–Eighth Grade | August-MayThe Kids’ Club program offers students Kindergarten through Eighth Grade a rewarding recreation and enrichment experience. Participants will have an opportunity to engage in structured outdoor activities, crafts, games, homework help, and more. We have three Lathrop School sites. Joseph Widmer offers Before, Kinder Camp and After School programs on campus. Mossdale offers Before and After School programs on campus.
