ANDRES SANCHEZMexican composer and producer who focused his career on film scoring and has played bass for the rock bands, Titán [until 1997] and Zoé [2011-present]. JULIAN CASABLANCASAmerican singer, songwriter, musician and record producer best known as the lead singer and primary songwriter of the rock band, The Strokes, with whom he has released 6 studio albums since their founding in 1998. Since 2013, Casablancas has been the front man of experimental-rock band, The Voidz, and has earned a total of 2 Grammy Awards throughout his career.

KRIS BOWERSAmerican composer and pianist who has composed scores for films, video games, TV, and documentaries, including Green Book, Madden NFL, Dear White People, and many more. He has recorded, performed, and collaborated with the likes of Jay-Z, Kanye West, and José James. He has also earned a daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Music Direction  and Composition in 2017.

THE KILLERSThe Killers are considered one of the biggest rock bands of the 21st century, selling more than 28 million records worldwide, including 10.8 million in the US alone. The band is made up of Brandon Flowers, Dave Keuning, Mark Stoermer, and Ronnie Vannucci Jr.

TORIN BORROWDALESongwriter and film composer best known for scoring music for Netflix’s original series, Locke & Key. Previous work includes Michael Nader’s The Toll; Chaganty’s moving Mother’s Day spot for Google, Seeds; and Chaganty’s Searching. Borrowdale also composed  the score for the critically-acclaimed Lionsgate/Hulu feature film, RUN.

The composer showcase, spotlighting original music written for television, was presented by Deadline Hollywood and Global Music Rights. During the event, GMR composers, Jeff Russo and Kris Bowers accompanied a 55-piece orchestra in performing select cues from their respective critically acclaimed series: Bridgerton, Oslo, Fargo, and Star Trek: Discovery. The Emmy award-winning composer and five-time nominee, Jeff Russo, led the 55-piece orchestra, conducting pieces from Star Trek: Discovery, Fargo, and the recently released HBO TV movie Oslo. For his work on Fargo, Russo was nominated in 2014, 2016, and 2017 in the category of “Outstanding Music Composition for a Limited Series, Movie, or Special,” winning the award in 2017. Most recently, Kris Bowers recieved 2 Emmy nominations for his musical contributions to the popular Netflix’s original series, Bridgerton; and Jeff Russo recieved 2 Emmy nominations in the category of “Outstanding Music Composition for a Limited or Anthology Series, Movie, or Special” for Fargo and Oslo.
