I am an extremely dedicated, target-focused individual with a hunger for success in the property market. I relish the opportunity to prove myself as a motivated young man and have always possessed a keen interest in property and the potential monetary gain only made possible through perseverance, thick skin and a diligent attitude towards my work. I pride myself on my professional, warm and approachable persona and have always been drawn towards occupations with an element of customer interaction. I enjoy employing a holistic attitude towards everything in life in order to get as much out of the experience as I can. EXPERIENCE Waiter, The Chelsea Arts Club; London — June 2009 - August 2009 My role as a waiter at the club also extended to bar work when required due to staff shortfall. Working at the club gave me valuable knowledge of the service industry and was my first taste of working face-to-face with customers. I was thrown straight into the deep end with little training and expected to provide proficient work immediately. Barman, Janet’s Bar; London — June 2010 - September 2010 This was a summer job I undertook immediately after leaving school in order to fund my travels around the world for my year off before starting university. Working at the bar was a fantastic opportunity and I thoroughly enjoyed myself while there, even though the stress levels were often high due to the popularity of the bar. I was given an extensive list of cocktail recipes to learn the night before my first shift and was immediately placed behind the bar the following day. I was forced to think quickly on my feet and utilise my intuition more often than not. I gained highly beneficial multitasking skills working at the bar, the most important being, “the customer is always right.” Barman/Sous Chef/Customer Assistant, Royal Madikwe Game Reserve; South Africa — September 2010 - December 2010 This was an unpaid internship at a safari lodge in South Africa. diverse and uninhibited job, providing me with invaluable life experience. But by far the most resourceful skill gained was how to interact with high-profile clients on a day-today basis, while always keeping a warm but professional attitude.

Barman, The George Inn; Alfriston, Sussex — April 2011 - August 2011 My work at The George was in the months before starting university as a small summer job. It is a small pub set in the idyllic Sussex countryside and is a regular tourist hotspot, meaning there was no shortage of customers in the summer months. This allowed me to further hone my customer service skills.

Lettings Negotiator, Marsh & Parsons; Earls Court, London — September 2014 - December 2014 My time with spent with M&P may have been brief, but certainly not a waste of time in any respect. I learnt valuable skills related to my field of choice, but more importantly, it provided guidance when deciding the next step to take in my career path.

in my own photographs. Architecture and interior design have long been an in-

terest of mine and I regularly read articles from both areas, hence where my de-

cision for a property development career stems from. Nothing brings me more

happiness than going off the beaten path and finding an area rarely touched by

humans to call my own, even for a few fleeting moments. Travelling has always

provided immense pleasure after experiencing a myriad of diverse locations

around the world due to my father’s profession as a photographer. I love free-

diving, rock-climbing and anything that forces me to push my limits both physi-

cally and mentally, while always allowing time for a sophisticated tipple in the

evening with friends. My degree in Biological Anthropology taught me much

about human psychology and the social idiosyncrasies that encapsulate humans

as a wholly unique species. This has allowed me to possess a greater under-

standing of human relations, something of potential value in every workplace.
