Carlann also gets the pleasure of influencing future executives as an adjunct instructor for Northwestern University’s Leadership Program. Carlann is the author of the highly acclaimed book The Insightful Leader: Find Your Superpowers, Crush Limiting Beliefs and Abolish Self‐Sabotaging Behaviors (Praeger, June 2018). The book received endorsements from Marshall Goldmith, New York Times #1 Best‐Selling Author as well as from Jack Stahl, former CEO of Revlon and former President of The Coca‐Cola Company. • Develop and deliver high quality training for admins that demonstrates respect of the profession – and make certain they are the first group to receive training
• Train the admins on filling out the forms
• Set up Superusers so they have someone to go to within their peer group for questions
• Set up and distribute clear policy for training approval to all employees so that the policy minimizes the number of requests that are denied
• Inform managers and admins that mistakes in training forms cannot impact their performance feedback for the initial 6 months.
