This is a copy of an open letter currently on the Internet

with links attached.

As you are fully aware, I have posted a website titled “One

Man’s Fight Against Corruption.”

This website was first posted several years ago.

Madam, in your opening statement in support of your

candidacy for the United States Senate you stated, “I’m

running for the Senate to continue my work standing up for

Nevada’s seniors, consumers, homeowners, women and

children.”

NRS 193.167 additional penalty:

Certain crimes committed against persons 60 years of age

or older or against vulnerable persons.

(i) obtaining money or property of a value of $250 or

more by false pretenses,

You will find “Episode Eight” of my website on page one,

item 3.

That NRS code was included in a letter sent to you by a

65-year-old combat veteran of the Vietnam War with a 70%

service-connected disability for posttraumatic stress disorder.

I am that combat veteran that wrote to this letter six years

ago while you were the Attorney General of the State of

Nevada!

I am now 71 years of age!

Members of the law firm of John Peter Lee Ltd. to include

Las Vegas lawyers Paul C. Ray, Yvette Freedman, John Peter

Lee represented me and placed my lawsuit into arbitration

without ever informing me!

In arbitration the maximum that can be retrieved for

attorney’s fees is $3000!

At no time did Las Vegas lawyer Paul C. Ray or anyone

from the law firm of John Peter Lee Ltd. inform me that I

would be responsible for any amounts in excess of $3000 for

attorney’s fees regardless of the outcome of the arbitration!

Ten days prior to the arbitration award Las Vegas lawyer

Paul C. Ray was fired by his boss John Peter Lee!

To this day Las Vegas lawyers Paul C. Ray, John Peter

Lee, Yvette Freedman, John C. Courtney and the law firm of

John Peter Lee Ltd. have refused to abide by and comply to

legitimate subpoenas and to date have successfully concealed

the circumstances and conditions of Paul C. Ray’s

termination!

Branch of the State of Nevada.”

I was clearly not asking for any “legal advice”, I was

submitting a “written criminal complaint” supported by an

NRS code designed to protect senior citizens such as myself!

This Las Vegas law firm and these Las Vegas lawyers have

so far literally gotten away with crimes committed against an

older and vulnerable person by definition!

I submitted a written complaint with the State Bar of

Nevada.

Philip J. Pattee, bar counsel with the State Bar of Nevada

never even contacted me by telephone!

Like Catherine Cortez Masto, he is also a trickster, cheat

and a liar!

I filed a lawsuit against these attorneys based on legitimate

complaints!

Each one of these attorneys filed, Lee unfounded “Motions

to Dismiss”.

Judge Kerry Earley of Department four dismissed every

one of my “Causes of Action” against these attorneys!

Appeals to the Supreme Court of Nevada had been

submitted and filed and then resubmitted and re-filed and

finally accepted.

The Nevada Supreme Court reversed four of my causes of

action but as a former combat veteran I recognize the lateral

maneuvering of the enemy in a hostile environment.

An individual such as myself filing a lawsuit against

corrupt and dishonest lawyers in the State of Nevada and

expecting a favorable result is a complete and total illusion in

the State of Nevada!

Your “Mission Statement” as Attorney General for the

State of Nevada “To protect seniors and to prosecute those

who take advantage of seniors” is as phony as you are!

Corruption in Nevada Government

James R. Aymann (Jim) is a combat veteran of the

Vietnam War with a service connected disability and he

celebrated his 71st birthday a few days ago. In August 2014,

Jim created the website - onemansfightagainstcorruption

In the past year alone, (July 2015 – July 2016) this website

has had over 14,000 visits, to include Europe, Asia, Latin

America, Australia, New Zealand with a following from China,

Ukraine and Brazil.

To date, Jim has no accounting for visits by mobile phones

and backdoor visits that include phrases and this is without the

aid of press releases, networking, advertising etc.

Jim has also received hundreds of favorable emails in

reference to this website from all over the world.

What is interesting is that Jim has essentially added

nothing to this website in the past year.

However, Jim has posted several articles on the Internet

under pseudonyms.

There is a populist movement that is sweeping across this

country!

This movement is deeply factionalized with progressive

sentiments at one end of the spectrum and reactionary

sentiments at the other end but the common theme and the

common thread that runs through this movement is the

complete and total disgust by the populace involving the

corruption in the private sector (big business) and the

corresponding corruption of government at all levels that

includes all branches.

Nevada received a failing grade of “F” and is

fifth from the bottom amongst all 50 states!

Public access to information, political financing, electoral

oversight, Legislative accountability, Judicial accountability,

procurement, internal auditing, lobbying disclosure, ethical

enforcement agencies, ad infinitum received failing grades in

the State of Nevada!

To be blunt, Nevada industry, to include lawyers, in

conjunction with Nevada State Government at all levels is a

labyrinthine sewer of corruption and deception draining into a

cesspool and that cesspool are the Nevada courts at all levels!

Are you getting the picture yet!

In In theory, if an individual has a collection of

supportable facts ad infinitum, then the opposing party in an

adversarial setting is lying and cannot prevail.

In reality, in the State of Nevada, supportable facts are

meaningless unless you are connected (big business, affluence,

hotshot lawyers, relatives etc.) you cannot prevail with any state

institution in the State of Nevada, end of story!

Every year tens of thousands of hard-working, taxpaying

and law-abiding Nevada residents are victimized in an

extremely predatory private sector.

When these victims appeal to law enforcement or to

virtually any other county and/or state agency and ultimately to

the court system at all levels, they will be victimized again and

again and again and again ad infinitum!

Gallup conducted a poll last year whereby they determined

that “Three in four Americans (75%) last year perceived

corruption as widespread in the country’s government!)

This poll is an indication that government on the federal

level is perceived to be both rampant and pervasive!

In Nevada however, a more accurate figure would be 95%

or 19 out of 20 Nevadans perceiving corruption as widespread

in Nevada government! (5% are either corrupt government

officials or the individuals that benefit from this corruption)

remanded, populist movement, sweeping across this

country, factionalized, progressive sentiments, reactionary

grade in 2015, legislative accountability, judicial
