Las Vegas is in Nevada, in fact, it is the largest city in Nevada! You

would see bright lights every night, which look very beautiful. It is

known as “The City of Lights”. But I don’t live where it is bright. I live in

a suburb part of Las Vegas called the city of North Las Vegas. The

brightest part of the city is The Strip and Downtown.

If you could guess from a picture that a city is Las Vegas, you would

probably figure it out by looking at the Stratosphere, one of the tallest

buildings in the U.S.A.! It has so many floors, 109 floors to be exact!

There are also a few rides in the Stratosphere. But they are very

scary! Why? Because the rides start at the 108th floor! There are a

couple of restaurants there. They are held at the 106th floor, the best

known restaurant is the “Top of the World”, and you can get a very

good view of Las Vegas from out of the window!

Las Vegas is very touristic, meaning that a lot of tourists come to visit

this city. It also has many hotels and casinos with many attractions for

a whole family. Some of these buildings are famous, like The Mirage,

Caesars Palace, Paris Las Vegas, New York New York, Luxor (a big

glass pyramid), The Venetian, Treasure Island, Harrah’s, Flamingo,

Rio, and my favorites, Circus Circus and The M&M World.

Las Vegas would be my favorite city because I was born in Las

Vegas. I also like to live in a city with bright lights and big buildings! I

wouldn’t want to move away from here because of my best friends,

so nice and kind and funny! Here is a picture of bright LAS VEGAS!!
