Homecoming 2019

I hope you’re looking forward to Homecoming 2019. I certainly am! Langley has been part of

my life for more than 40 years and I’m happy to be “home” for homecoming. Join us early for

music by Tim Coyle at 10:00 AM. Worship will begin at 11:00 AM. What will be the message

for this special day? I’ll give you a hint; it has something to do with the little church on the

cover. Remember also that we will have dinner after the service so be prepared to bring

your favorite dishes. Let’s have a great day as we begin our new church year together.

New Logo and What it Means

Below you will see our new logo which is being introduced as we enter the new church year.

What does it mean?

THE LINE: The line is representative of the valley as seen from a high hill looking across. The line is also representative of the Horse Creek running through the valley.

LANGLEY FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH: Our church name; a ministry which has been part of the valley for nearly 150 years.

RED LOCATION MARKER: We are located in the middle of the valley. For years it has been said, “in the heart of the valley with a heart for the valley.”

HOPE LIVES HERE: People are in search of hope and true hope can be found in Jesus alone. At Langley First Baptist Church we want people to know that hope can be found and that hope lives here!
