How to get there By plane International Airport of Langkawi Only a few direct flights are available. Most of them are making 1 or 2 stops. (Kuala Lumpur or Singapore). From KUALA LUMPUR to Langkawi, frequent flight with Malaysian Airlines & “low cost company” Airasia. Beware with Airasia luggage surcharge when exceeding 15 kg. (www.airasia.com) Our office are located 2 second floor, above “ Pulau Pulau” & restaurant “USSR”, directly in front of Perdana dock (méga yachts dock), where Dream Yacht fleet is located. Transfer Langkawi Airport - Telaga harbour Marina about 20 min. We recommend to book transfer with Dream Yacht (upon request) Services At the base On spot, there are shops, restaurants, (Malaysian, Italian, Russian, Tapas), enough to please gastronomes. For Internet, WIFI is directly accessible at Dream Yacht Pontoon, or cyber café nearby. Cellular phone works well all around Langkawi. Mobile phone works very well, however it worth to buy a Malaysian Sim card it’s cheaper (you can call and be called without paying roaming). Malls - shopping City of Langkawi is located 25KM away from marina. 2 supermarkets, local market fro fresh food, and numerous groceries to make provisioning. Langkawi is a « duty free island “. Wine, alcohols & et cigarettes are tax free. (A provisioning list is available upon request).
