1. Borang 10, [sek. 8A, AHS 1985] beserta jadual senarai petak,petak tanah, blok/blok-blok sementara dan petak aksesori;
2. Bayaran permohonan Sijil CPS;
3. Salinan asal Pelan Bangunan yang diluluskan oleh PBT;
4. Sijil perakuan Arkitek atau Juruukur Tanah Berlesen atau JuruteraProfesional yang berdaftar;

5. Empat (4) Pelan Cadangan Strata yang diperakukan oleh JTB [sek.8A(1)(d), AHS 1985];

Requirement for *.DXF file
1. Structure all the Layer Name compliant to the XML schema

2. Purge all the layers not necessary
3. Must contain only the lines, Polylines/Polygon, Arc and label in
each floor. (Spline, Ellipse & Region not supported)
4. Must be in True Scale, True Direction, True Coordinate
5. Must Overlay all the layer
(Note : Overlay must be the last step after done all the featurize)
6. Rotate all the plan according to true Bearing
7. Move the all layer to NDCDB coordinate.
8. Then must save as AutoCAD 2000.DXF
1. Multiple Text –
If have 2 or more texts in 1 polygon but refer to the same object, then user must to define it in Dictionary.txt which is located in C:\Strata\ folder.
Example: Bumbung Rata, Lobi Lif, Tandas Awam Lelaki,
1. Recommended to put in the wording follow alphabet sequence.
2. Please be reminded that do not overwrite your Dictionary.txt when install the update.
2. Ruang Type –
User can fill in the Ruang Type according to the Group (code given by JUPEM) in the RuangType_group.txt in C:\Strata\ folder.
Parcel categories into “Ruang” (No color in Plan)
To include the area Ruang in the Petak add , example ; TANGGA :
3. Common Area Type –
In XML Requirement, it will need to state for the Common Area Group, for the grouping setting, user can define in the CommonAreaType_group.txt in C:\Strata\ folder. Anything else that do not set, will automatically go to Common Area, “Lain-lain” type.

The xml Strata window will show. Navigate to Job > New to create new job. Click on the browse button to select the folder directory, then key in the Job File Name Click Createbutton.
Double click on the Xml Strata icon from user’s Desktop
If not fill in correctly then it will pop up error message. Refer to the Status Log dialog for more details.
Fill until the Status show: Successfully saved job info.
Status Log is a very useful feature, it will show where the error is when we process. There is some color texts to show the status in the log:
Green Color Text – No Issue
Orange Color Text – Need to check out
Red Color Text – Must Attend and resolved.
Blue Color Text - Need to check but can be ignore if there is not an error (for Keratan)
Black Color Text – Action notification / information
Navigate to Editor > Import DXF
Browse the correct DXF file and click Open.
In the Attribute Panel, Main page, tick for the View unfeaturized items check box. Then the un-featurized items will be shown on the graphic. Then, refer to the highlighted items, check in the DXF to correct it.
Problem; Not close polygon for parcel (Undershoot / Overshoot) – it will not featurize correctly.
Solution: edit to be a close polygon.
Editing must be done in AutoCAD (or other CAD program) then, repeat to Load Data, then only featurize again.
Problem - No text (Parcel Number / Accessory Number / Common Area Label) – if not text on the parcel, it will not be featurized.
Solution - Put back the Parcel Number, Accessory Number or Common Area Label.
Many possibilities to cause the Un-Featurize Lot:
1. Polygon not close (gap)
make it close
2. Duplicate ID in the same Polygon
remove the duplicate ID
3. Text is not in the Polygon (correct location / layer)
insert the text in the polygon
4. Missing petak
check the petak no. correctly or check the featurize
Check the Petak if exist or not
Many possibility to cause the Un-Featurize Lot:
5.Duplicate lot – 2 text in 1 polygon
Add to dictionary for more then one word’s object
Remove 1 text if have 2 text in the same ID
6.Unmatch keratan input
check the layer floor correctly
Make sure have keratan
7.Invalid accessory
Petak not linked to the particular Aksesori must be correctly
1. After done successfully all the featurization and check the graphic for each floor.
2. Make sure all the featurize item without error
3. Check Strata Attribute auto extract from Plan
4. Some Strata Attributes not auto retrieved from AutoCAD Plan need to manual input
5. Attributes need to input include ;
i. Kod kegunaan Bangunan – Block Tab
ii. Kod kegunaan Petak – Petak Tab
iii. No of Folio for Petak and Aksesori
iv. Select Aircon or lift (for unit share calculation)
Weightage Factor 1 & 2 will auto come out to compute unit share
When highlight on the Tingkat list, Petak list, Ruang list, Common Area list, Aksesori list, Land Parcel list, House list, Keratan list or Offset Line list, it will link and show the graphic at the background
Click on Zoom Extend button if not sure where is it and the graphic will Zoom into the particular area. Then use mouse to Pan or Zoom In or Out.
After extract and input all the attributes, need to compute for the
Unit Syer.
Click the Compute All to calculate Graphical Area, No. of Petak, No. of Petak Kos Rendah, No. of Aksesori and No. of Aksesori Kos Rendah
ERROR LOG WILL FLAG ALL ERRORS
1. A Question dialog to remind to update all the necessary attributes.
2. If there is some attributed which is Non-Null-able field is not being filled, it will pop up error message to ask to refer to Status box.
1. Non-Nullable Empty Fields
The first check on the computation will be the Non-nullable filed.
If there is any Non-nullable field that is not been filled, the error message will show with the location.
2. Valid Folio
The folio (PAB) must be filled for Petak, Aksesori and LandParcel. Folio cannot be “0”
3. Area Comparison
In certain situation (rounding issue), the Jadual Petak Area submitted may be different from the actual Graphical calculated Area, but it should not be big different (e.g. 1m2). The Area Comparison will be checked between the Graphical VS Jadual Petak Area when perform Computation.
The Tolerance of the Area checking can be set in Settings.

Navigate to icon and click to export Jadual Petak
If user are using Microsoft Excel and the path in Setting is already set, it will Auto pop up with Microsoft Excel. Else, user still can go to the directory folder and open it manually.
It is exporting as xxx_JadualPetak.xml. In the Spreadsheet software .
(e.g. Microsoft Excel, Kingsoft Spreadsheet), user will need to Save it as Excel WorkBook format (*.XLS or *.XLSX).
Navigate to Export > Report by Floor menu.
Navigate to Export > Report by Building menu.
Navigate to Export > Accessory Summary menu.
Exporting Borang 10 in format *.xml. Then user need to Save it as Excel Work Book format (*.XLS or *.XLSX).
Exporting Borang 1 also in format *.xml. Then user need to Save it as Excel Work Book format (*.XLS or *.XLSX).
User can open the OUTPUT file to check the ALL Report
Export > XML or click on Export XMLicon.
If user already install for the XMLPad program, it will auto link and open the exported XML file in XMLPad

Click Validate
1. Open .dwg or .dxf in CAD software such as AutoCAD, BrisCAD, ZWCAD or etc.
2. Delete all line and leave only Lot (line or Polygon), Lot No. or Text (description) in every parcel.
3. Do not delete the arrow (North Sign) first.
4. Purge All to remove un-used layer.
5. Create (e.g.) 4 layers for 4 Floors and Rename them according to the given format Floor Number/Name.
6. Then Move all the objects according to the Floor Layer. Shift all floor layer to correct position (will look overlapping).
7. Rotate the parcel follow True North (True Bearing).
8. Shift all the objects to NDCDB Coordinate.
9. Delete the remain un-used thing. Purge All again to remove all un-wanted layers.

Highlight particular floor Object and select the related layer (e.g. M1T1) to move it into the layer.
Repeat for other floor
O After move to the correct floor layer, shift all the layer to correct position with each other
