What is a landscape?Landscape is everything we see in one place. In a landscape you can observe natural elements such as
plants, animals, relief, rivers, lakes, clouds, or human elements such as
houses, roads, highways, cars, factories etc.
JUNGLE LANDSCAPE
It is characterized by lush vegetation with a variety of animal species.
The climate is warm and wet jungle, the rainfall are constant throughout the year. Deforestation is a
common problem
the forest habitants are generally indigenous
groups
HILLY LANDSCAPE.
The mountain ranges cover most of the continent. In the tops of the
highest mountains on earth, vegetation is sparse.
Few population live
in a mountanous landscape.
Most rivers rise in
mountain areas
SAVANNA AND PLAIN LANDSCAPE
extensions of land with flat relief and few trees, is located
especially in the continents of Africa and South America
The weather is characterized by long dry periods
and temperatures above 30 degrees
The principal activity is the
livestock
DESERT LANDSCAPE.They are sandy landscapes with little
vegetation, warm weather and minimal presence of water. They were found on the north of Africa, Asia and Australia.
It is characterized by temperatures of 40 degrees during the day and at night 0
degrees.In some deserts it not rain for years
the weather does not allow the
people to live in these places, some people make goat grazing activities in
these places
Few animals can live in the desert, camells , coyotes,
snakes and lizards
POLAR LANDSCAPE.
The areas covered by snow and ice around the north and south pole.
much of the year the sun's rays do not reach these
places
The polar bear in the north poloe and the
pinguins in the south pole are representative animals
of this landscape.
