Perimeter hotwater, thermostatically controlled, wall-fin heaters interlocked with Variable Air Volume (VAV) distribution system achieve the heating of the premises. In 2004, a new Siemens DDC control system is being installed to control both the lights and HVAC Generator / Life Safety: Buildings are serviced by an emergency back up generator for all building life safety systems. Life Safety systems include lighting, fire systems, smoke detectors, and sprinklers in the majority of the space, soon to be all space. The generator is being upgraded, and at a marginal cost, tenants can purchase extra capacity as required for their own equipment.
