WHEREAS by notification published in the New South Wales Government Gazette of 15th November, 1957, the lands de- scribed in the Schedule hereto were, in pursuance of the pro- visions of the 28th and 29th sections of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act. 1913. notified for the purpose of public Recreation, and whereas Mocleay Shire Council is the present trustee of the said lands, and whereas it is desired to vest the said lands in the said trustee in accordance with the provisions of section 3 of the Public Trusts Act, 1897, as hereinafter mentioned: Now, therefore.
