TERMS
The highest bidder will pay 10% down on each tract the day of the sale and sign
a real estate purchase contract. The balance will be due with certified funds on
May 4, 2012, or on such earlier date as Buyer and Seller shall mutually agree. This sale will not be contingent to financing.
Taxes: Seller to pay the 2011 taxes. Buyer to pay the 2012 taxes.
Title Insurance and Escrow Fees: The Title Insurance and Escrow fees will be paid one half by the Seller and one half by the Buyer. A lender’s policy will be
the responsibility of the Buyer.
Minerals/Water: The Sellers interest is selling with the real estate.
