and yet also conveys a joie de vivre that pervades

the long winter nights: rooms bathed in light,

gentle, pale pastels, sky blue and white and soft

shapes all characterize this attitude to life. Straight-

forward and honest, timeless, uncomplicated and

practical, the Nordic style radiates its refreshing

The pale, relatively cool colour shades of the BREEZE

The design of the decor paper forms the basis for aes-thetic and authentic interior design. Frequently, the aim is to create a perfect reproduction of nature. Many decors are inherently subtle and imaginative, which makes them very special. Sometimes it just takes a nu-ance to spark a vibrant mood.

Plane-marked surfaces combine the natural grain pattern with traces of treatment. The rustic and striking finish creates the im-pression of planks that have been hand-crafted from real wood.

Sapwood is the term used for the part of the tree that grows next to the bark. The tipped, pale sapwood creates an imagi-native play of colour across the entire floor surface.

The grain and knot patterns, and the colouring of the decors, which replicate the widest range of different types of wood, look like they have been created by nature.

The stone and tile decors are equally drawn from natures role models. If you like the unexpected touch, you will quickly find what you are looking for in the ter Hrne range.

Multi-strip and strip floors are made up of numerous small strips. These individual strips are still visible when the floor is laid. By contrast, planks and extra-wide planks create a clearly distinct and large-scale pattern on the floor.

BeautyMatch ensures the seamless continuation of the decor pattern from the left to the right plank. The decor on the planks and extra-wide planks is joined virtu-ally invisibly at the top edges to create an impression of endless continuity. BeautyMatch simply continues the pattern created by the individual strips on a strip floor from one plank to the next. The uniformly long strips create an over-all floor surface that looks like parquet floors used to when they were laid strip for strip: authentic, harmoni-ous, and rhythmic.

A perfect floor is the sum of several different details. The skirtings in particular add the finishing touch to the overall impression. ter Hrne supplies a comprehensive selection of skirtings to suit every decor. The variation of colours, shapes and wood types creates an ideal tran-sition between the wall and the floor.

The LED lights are flat, with surfaces made of safety glass, and can be positioned anywhere in the room. The shock-resistant lights either round or square are cased in equally attractive stainless steel housings and can easily withstand even heavy loads. The energy consumption is extremely low and economical at 1.2 watts. Different films are available to vary the colour interplay of the round lights. They can be exchanged as you wish. Incidentally, the LED lights are suitable for use with all floor products from ter Hrne.

See your floor in a new light. A lighting system integrat-ed into the floor brings out the best in any room with a unique lighting ambience. LED floor lights from ter Hrne add very special highlights to rooms.

The intelligent clip technology makes the skirtings particularly easy to install. Cables positioned behind become completely invisible. If necessary, the skirtings can easily be removed again.

CertificatesAll products from ter Hrne are regularly tested by independent institutions for health and ecological concerns and quality standards, and then awarded certificates.

Laminate floors made by ter Hrne are particularly low in emissions and promote a healthy home environment. The strict test catalogue of the well-known ECO-Institut helps you to be sure of this. They also bear the PEFC seal and support the ecological and social aspects of total transparency and recognized sustainability in forestry.

Quiet underfootThe underlay materials from ter Hrne provide quite considerable sound insulation. They reduce not only the sound that is generated in the room itself (footfall sound), but also noise that can be heard in the room below (impact sound). Noises not only become less perceptible; their tone is also deepened, which makes them more pleas-ant for the ear. The underlay material is also ideally suited for underfloor heating.
