HAIR
Using crimson yarn, mark the dividing line between the front and back
of the head to use as a guide and a line down the middle of the back of her head. Also mark how you want to part her hair on the front of her
head.
Cut strands of Cincinatti red yarn that are double the length from the top of her head to her tail. Fold these strands in half and sew around
the back half of Round 40 or 41 of the head and across the top of her
head along the line that you marked. (It will look like a semi-circle, not pictured because I did it after I did the bangs/fringe).

Cut strands of Cincinatti red yarn that are double the length from the
top of her head to the ends of her bangs/fringe. Sew the yarn across
the top of her head following the line that you marked. Sew the yarn
down the line of the part that you marked.
Glue her bangs/fringe down, starting with the part. Then glue the hair
on the back of her head down. Trim as desired.

FACE
Sew the holes of the black buttons in a cross stitch pattern with black
crochet thread. Cut a pair of eyelashes from the black felt. Glue the eyelashes to the large black buttons. Glue the eyes to the head.
For her cheeks, cut two circles from the light pink felt and glue to the
head. (I used the black buttons as a template for the cheeks.)
Sew a mouth using black thread and pull the ends of the thread inside
the head.
Psalm 139:13-17 (NLT)
13 You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body
and knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!
Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. 15 You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion,
as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. 16 You saw me before I was born.
Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out
before a single day had passed. 17 How precious are your thoughts about me, O God.
