How had we started the new

Academic year-2021-2022?

BRIDGE COURSE- Class 6 to 8

After the Mathematics Diagnostic test, Action plan was prepared by the teachers to fill in

the gaps in the learning.

The teachers organized bridge course for classes 6 to 8 during May 4th week & June 1st

week. Everyday 1 hour sessions were conducted by the respective teachers through teams

app.

The students got chance to clarify their doubts individually.

English Grammar Worksheets- Classes 4 to 8

May 4th week to June 3rd week(During Alternative days) After the English Diagnostic test, Action plan was prepared by the teachers to fill in the

gaps in the learning.

Language teachers of classes 1 to 8 prepared Grammar worksheets for the concepts

that the students need to get better understanding. Worksheets were sent through

what’s app from May 4th week to June 2nd week during alternate days.

The teachers corrected their mistakes and necessary inputs were given then and there.

KG INTERACTION SESSIONS

•To make the children feel comfortable during Online classes, KG teachers

conducted Interaction sessions in the May last week for their kids.

Parent Orientation- KG to 12

Date-24-5-21(9 to 12) &28-5-21(KG to 8)Parent Orientation was held for classes KG to 12.The teachers oriented the parents

to follow the necessary measures during the online classes

Reading Assessment Programme –Tamil & English

Classes- 1 to 8 Date-2-6-2021 & 3-6-2021

● Reading Assessment was held for classes 1 to 8. The Respective teachers conducted

the Reading Assessment Session for their classes. The tools were prepared and the

students were assessed by following certain rubrics.

● Analysis was prepared and Action plan is taken to enrich the reading skill in students.

Technical Training Sessions

Technical Training sessions were organized by the technical people

of our school for the teachers to make them technically strong in

their profession.

Level wise Training sessions were conducted and necessary

guidance and support were provided to do the work with perfection.

“ OUR FAVOURITE THEME” Classes 3 to 8 involved in the project during this month.

Every week (Monday & Thursday) two sessions were conducted for all the classes.

The Questions were posted to the students on Monday based on theme. The students

gathered the information and discuss the same on Thursday.

On the final day presentation ,the students came up with their own style to present

the theme.

SPL & ASPL Election was held through teams on 26-6-2021.The candidates

did the election campaign to their school mates.

The students elected the candidates through Google forms.

The winners of SPL & ASPL were announced by the Principal on 30-6-2021.
