DAY 2: JULY 21, 2020RÜDESHEIM This morning, travel by motorcoach to Rüdesheim, one of Germany’s most prolific and scenic wine regions. On arrival, join a Local Expert for an orientation before taking the cable car to the Germania Monument, overlooking Rüdesheim’s oldtown and the Rhine River. DAY 14: AUGUST 2, 2020ROTHENBURG AND NUREMBERGStop in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the best-preserved town on the Romantic Road. Join your Travel Director for a city orientation where you will see the medieval history come to life as you explore the cobbled streets. Continue to Nuremberg, renowned for its architecture, to admire the charming blend of stone and timbered dwellings in the Old Town. BOOKING CONDITIONS:General: Every endeavor is made to ensure all services are included as per your quote request, however it is your responsibility to check all inclusions in the attached itinerary as any items not specified will incur supplementary charged.

All itineraries/quotation are offered subject to local driver regulations. Full details of local driver regulations can be provided on request. It is the Travel Directors duty to ensure that driver’s regulations are not broken.

Please be aware that public holidays, events, conferences or trade fairs may be scheduled to occur at the time of the groups visit and may have an effect on this trip with accommodation often difficult to secure in and around the area. We will update you on these events as they become available.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of USD $400 per ticket is required to secure the Passion Play tickets. A futher non-refundable payment is due by Sep. 30, 2019 for the full balance of the Oberammergau portion of the trip. Balance amount to be advised after ticket confirmatino. Additional deposits may be required by particular hotels which we secure for the trip. As they become known you will be invoiced accordingly and payment conditions specified.

Passenger List: Required no later than 120 days prior to departure

Final Payment: Due in our office by no later than 95 days prior to group departure

Invoicing: Regardless if passenger numbers drop or increase after final payment has been paid to Insight, you will be re-invoiced accordingly, based on full paying passenger numbers traveling, corresponding with the applicable price break quoted. This applies right up until day of departure.

Price: The advertised price is in US dollars and includes security & local taxes as per the itinerary. The price based on minimum passenger numbers and in order for the trip to operate these passenger numbers must be met.

Cancellation Fees:

More than 95 days prior to departure: loss of deposit

Between 95 & 34 days prior to departure: 30% of total truo cost

Between 35 & 08 days prior to departure: 50% of total trip cost

Between 07 days & day of departure: 100% of total trip cost

Trips with Rail & Cruise: Additional supplier penalties may apply depending on the date of the cancellation. Individual cancellations may necessitate an adjustment in the per person trip rate.

Pre/Post Accom: Between 14 days and day of departure 100% of accommodation cost.

Amendments: A fee of $100 may apply to any change made to your booking once confirmed

Refunds: No refund is available if cancellations occur after the trip has commenced or in respect of any trips, accommodation, meals or any other services not utilized.

Itinerary Changes & Trip Cancellation: Insight Vacations reserves the right to vary itineraries should circumstances dictate, as well as cancel or reschedule any trip departure in accordance with operating requirements, or circumstances beyond its control. The advertised trips require minimum numbers to depart. Should these not be met Insight Vacations reserves the right to cancel arrangements.

Rooming Arrangements: Single and Triple rooms are limited. Please advise if the group require more than Three (3) single rooms as these will need to be requested and an additional supplement may apply. Triple rooms are on a request basis and will be subject to availability at the applicable confirmed hotels. Single and triple rooms not available in Oberammergau.

Trip Membership: Any person aged 5 years or more is eligible, though if under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. The Travel Director may, at his or her discretion, require any person to withdraw from any trip if he or she deems the person’s acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.

Baggage Allowance & Porterage: Porterage of one suitcase per person is included in the trip price. Due to limited coach capacity the sum of the length, width & depth of the case should not exceed 160cm (63 inches), and weight should not exceed 20kg (44 Lbs). Charges may be levied in the event these limits are exceeded & the promise to transport you may be invalidated.

What’s Not Included: Passports and applicable visa fees, laundry, phone calls, items of a personal nature, beverages, meals and sightseeing not detailed on the itinerary, tips and gratuities to the Travel Director, coaches drivers and local city guides, excess baggage, optional experiences and travel insurance. Please note that travel insurance is highly recommended.

Documentation: Will be emailed approximately 3 weeks prior to departure

Booking Terms and Conditions: These conditions incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted the Travel Advisor and Insight Vacations. By making a booking you are agreeing to these terms & conditions. Conditions on this page do supersede conditions stated in the Brochure however for additional terms and conditions not stated here please refer to the ‘Booking Conditions and other Important Information’ pages in the Insight Vacations Europe & Britain 2019 Brochure. These must be studied prior to making the commitment of paying the deposit as they must be referred to. WHAT’S INCLUDED• Accommodation: based on twin share in hand-

picked hotels. Hotels are to be used as a guide only and are subject to availability and change at the time of booking. If the quoted hotel is unavailable, we will secure another hotel in the same category as similar as possible. No early check in/late checkout included.

• Sightseeing and meals: all included as per the itinerary. Please note that breakfast taken before 7 am or within the room may incur a supplement.

• Travel Director: services of a professional English speaking Travel Director throughout. Local Experts where required and as noted on the itinerary.

• Service charges: tips to restaurants where a meal is included by Insight Vacations. Service charges and local taxes on services provided by Insight. (Except local airport and border taxes).

• Transportation: exclusive use of air-conditioned coach from days 1-15 (subject to conditions). Arrival transfer is based on individual transnfers and departure transfer is based on one group transfer to the Nuremberg train station. Should members of the group require transfers outside these times, they will have to make their own transport arrangements.

• Porterage: one piece of luggage per person, in and out of hotels provided by Insight.
