Revitalization includes addition of quality activities which would engage the user in a more active & contributing way, rather than being a part of unorganized environment

Using the setting of lake precinct for open air social events would not only bring in monetary returns but it will help to maintain the space and create a bond between the society and the place.

Such social activities will always bring in a scope for supporting activities which would flourish more given an extra support.

Creation of such platforms will enable us to create promotional activities which go beyond monetary revenues and give an identity to the place similar to Kala Ghoda or Delhi Hat.

While these new activities contribute to the footfall, it is important to understand the need to upgrade existing infrastructure to support the same. Existing activities can be more organized , revamped to give a quality experience. Utilization of existing spaces in order to put an end to post occupancy organic development which can ruin the quality of the international experience.
