Wastwater is 3 miles long, half a mile wide and 260 feet deep, and the deepest of all the lakes.

Longest lake is Windermere which is 10.5 miles long

There is only one official lake - Bassenthwaite Lake. All the others are 'meres' or 'waters'

I believe the tourism lake district would attract would be a mixture of inbound and outbound as the natural surroundings are as attractive to everyone.

I believe the age of people visiting would be ranging from around 30-40 years of age as people too young may not understand the beauty of lake district.

Couples of families may visit lake district as it may romantic for couples and refreshing for families.
