Term 1 -- Week 10
Dear Parents and Caregivers, This week we have had many visitors to our school and it has been fantastic to be able to host the Royal Far West Healthy Kids Bus Stop. A huge thank you to all the local community services that joined in with the service. We appreciate your commitment to the wider Lake Cargelligo community. I would like to thank Rae from Life Education who provided great lessons to our primary students with the help of Healthy Harold. I vividly remember travelling to another school to meet Healthy Harold so it is so fantastic that he was able to come to our school and help create similar fond memories for our students. There is one more week of school but the term is not over. There is plenty of learning still happening right up until next Friday so please ensure your child is ready for school each day. Do not forget we have a breakfast club each day, as breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. Mrs O’Neill and myself are attending professional learning on Monday and Tuesday next week. Mrs Cain and Mr Tregea will be acting in our roles. If you have any concerns or compliments, I continue to encourage you to speak to your child’s teacher or year advisor. I am happy to assist where I can but sometimes your child’s teacher may know more about the situation. I might have to gather more information to assist in answering your questions which means you may wait longer for a response. I am looking forward to our final week of Term 1 with lots of quality learning happening all around. Thank you Mr Allan Johnston Relieving Principal
