A. Civil Works and Building Component• Substantially completed• Remaining works are the interfacing items with the Air Navigation System and

Support Facilities (ANSSF) component such as the duct banks and the testing and commissioning of equipment installed in all buildings

B. Air Navigation System and Support Facilities (ANSSF) Component• Procurement Process is Ongoing• The invitation for bid was published on 13 July 2012• Submission and opening of bids were undertaken on 29 August 2012.• With the additional 3 months contract duration required by EDCF, the project is

expected to be completed in January 2014.• Bid evaluation is ongoing.

CC. Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the Laguindingan Airport• Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, the Transaction Advisor has submitted the O&M study in

June 2012 and is still under review by DOTC

DD. Planned Commercial/Soft Opening of the Laguindingan Airport• Per instructions from DOTC SMar and in coordination with CAAP, the airport is

planned to open in January 2013 using Visual Flight Rule (VFR)
